General Warranty Information

Our products come with a limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser.

Preventative Maintenance

To keep your fitness equipment working optimally and extend its life, we recommend regular maintenance as follows:

  • Regular cleaning: Dust and dirt can accumulate and cause damage over time. Wipe down surfaces after each use and keep moving parts clean.
  • Lubrication: Certain equipment, like treadmills and elliptical machines, may require periodic lubrication of moving parts. Please refer to the user manual for specifics.
  • Inspection: Periodically check for loose bolts, worn-out parts, or any unusual noise or function. Contact us immediately if you notice any issues.
  • Proper storage: When not in use, store equipment in a dry, temperature-controlled area to avoid damage from moisture, humidity, or extreme heat. Storing your equipment outside may void your warranty if a fault is caused by exposure to effects of weather.

The warranty may be void if:

  • Improper assembly: If the equipment is not assembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions, or damaged during assembly, it could result in malfunctions and void the warranty. Please get assistance assembling if required.
  • Commercial use: Our products are designed for home use unless specified otherwise. Commercial use may void the warranty.
  • Negligence: Failure to follow recommended maintenance and care instructions.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications: Any unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications to the equipment.
